I recently made roasted butternut sqaush for dinner.  So, of course I had seeds that I didn’t want to through away!

I only had about two tablespoons, but I used this recipe to work from.  I baked these for about 60 minutes and used a little Chipotle powder in the seasoning.

These were perfect for a small afternoon snack, crunchy, slightly chewy, salty, filling, and good for you!
