I had given my mom a similar purse earlier this year.  Recently she bought  a little frame with a clip that she loves and the purse fit in perfectly.  Of course, now she wants a new purse for it for the holidays!

I  searched and searched for another cut file that would fit in the space and this one is the best.  So, I decided to change it up a little and use the file (modified) to create a Christmas purse for her to display.

I used some Martha Stewart metallic paper for the base.  I’m not sure that I would use it again for this. It is beautiful, but not stamping or edging. :/

Details:

  1. Red:  Silhouette file (modified), Martha Stewart red metallic paper (from a Christmas paper pack).
  2. Tan Layer: Recollection Christmas paper pack.
  3. Brads:  Green
  4. Quilled Flowers:  Red metallic paper, matte tan flat back gem.
  5. Purse Closure:  Two Silhouette snowflake files, cut from Recollections paper pack, attached with popdots.
