I just found out about these a few weeks ago. I wasn’t able to make them though. Then I went to my Mom’s and she was going to make us eggs! I snapped into action and told her I wanted to make scrambled egg muffins. She wasn’t that impressed with the idea until she realized that you put “stuff” in the egg muffins.
I am interested in these because I don’t have to stand there and stir and they can be frozen.
These turned out delicious and fluffy and they were soooooo easy. I put in ham, cheese, and onion. It was what she had on hand.
They did *stick* to the silicone muffin pan…so spray it!
