3rdPlaceWinner2015This is my entry in DominoART‘s 31 Days of Halloween.

This turned out so much better than I imaged!  I love it when that happens.  I thought it would be good…but, it is AWESOME.  <pats self on back!>

“Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,
Adder’s fork, and blind-worm’s sting,
Lizard’s leg, and howlet’s wing,–
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.”

Macbeth (IV, i, 14-15)

William Shakespeare

Interestingly, “eye of newt” probably isn’t an eye of a newt or even a part of an animal! :/.  Seems that is was likely either daylily or mustard seed.
