When we were recently on vacation, my partner found McDonald’s cranberry muffins and became obsessed. He is a little OCD, seriously.
I knew that I would be able to make them better. Today I have confirmation! As always Sally’s Baking Addiction was a big part of my success. Here is a link to the recipe.
Next time I might double the recipe!
Notes:
- Yes, I used Greek yogurt.
- Used vanilla and almond extract. Splitting the amount.
- Rounded teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Cut in half 1/2 cup of the cranberries.
- I used a muffin top pan with the same cooking instructions and about 1/2 cup of batter.
- Yield: 9 muffin tops.
