Some Odd Girl LogoI am currently a guest designer for Some Odd Girl.  I love her images and the Facebook community…is awesome!

I did some layering and creating on the computer.  While I have graphic design experience, this isn’t something I have done much of in my paper crafting life. But, as always…diverse aspects of my life are merging.

The background is an old map of South America.

Coloring her was really fun!  I especially enjoyed doing the hair.  The sections are well defined and each is different.

Details:

  1. Card Base:  Product packaging.
  2. First Layer:  I created this whole thing on the computer with Silhouette Studio and then printed it on kraft paper.  Amazon Mae is colored with Copic markers and Spicas.
  3. Distressing:  Distress Ink – Honey, Corduroy, and Walnut.
  4. Image:  Some Odd Girl – Amazon Mae.
