It is so HOT and HUMID that this room temperature salad was a nice relief.
First, this was delicious. I will be recreating this again and again.
And, I have noticed that Blue Apron tends to be skimpy on the cutting/chopping. I find that many times the meal would be better if some ingredients were chopped smaller (cucumbers and tomatoes). I am assuming they give these chopping instructions to save time. Also, I don’t think this shape noddle was the best for this recipe, it was tough to incorporate the ingredients.
Soy glaze was new for me. It has a very thick consistency. Also, it made a great dressing.
Edward didn’t think he was going to love this, he was wrong!
