My little town is having an even smaller Farmer’s Market on Saturdays. It is wonderful! I had just purchased quite a few blueberries when a good friend (that can *cook*) posted this recipe.
I managed to follow the direction exactly. (lol) Next time I might add some lemon extract. This was wonderful and will be made again! I used the Organic Cane Sugar I received in a #kloutperk, worked perfectly. And, it was great on the outside…creating a thin crust.
My photography isn’t as good as Alton’s (I’m sure you can pick his out!), but the flavor was AWESOME.
