I have some feral kittens hanging around the house!  They were originally located in one of the cars, a Jeep with the back window open.  The mom loved to hang out in there and ended up having her kittens in the driver’s foot area.  Imagine all of our surprise when I opened the door!  I moved them and about a week later they appeared on the front porch, where they are currently enjoying playing, eating, and growing.

Here they are on the porch:

When I found a picture of a kitten peaking through lilacs I knew had found something I wanted to work with for this ATC challenge.  There are lots of layers that aren’t apparent…and this one is OK. Not one of my favorites.

Details:

  1. Card Base:  Product packaging.  Painted with Folk Art – Harbor Mist.
  2. First Layers:  Lilac and dark purple tissue paper under tissue paper with lilacs imprinted.  I also did some fussy cutting and over the top adhered some stems and leaves from the tissue paper.
  3. Kitten:  Printed from internet, dry brushed the whole thing with a little Folk Art – Harbor Mist.
  4. Stamps:  Unity dragonfly stamps, inked with a gold/brown, and Distress Ink – Concord.
  5. Edges:  Inked with Distress Ink – Concord.
