I have a friend that 10 years ago had barely had any formal education, then she went college…and last week she graduated with a Masters Degree in Rhetoric with an awesome job that she has already started.  I am so proud of her.  She is amazing!

Rhetoric is the art of persuasion.  So I used arrows, speech bubbles, and the year of her graduation.  She lives in south Florida so blue and tan (water and sand) seemed like the perfect color scheme.
