How fun is this!  I am hoping this counts as a Clean and Simple (CAS) card.

  1. Card Base: Medium Red, A2.
  2. First Layer: DCVW Dots, Stripes, and Plaids.  This was cut to ensure that the dots would create a frame.
  3. Second Layer:  Paper House  Little Man, cut to get the middle of the rays behind Tobie.  Also, cut to ensure that the dots from the first layer are showing and even.
  4. Stamp:  Mad Scientist Tobie (cut with Silhouette cut file I created), colored with Copic markers.  I used sparkle makers on the lenses and the liquid in the flask.  When attaching this I didn’t glue downhis hair and worked the paper so that it would give a 3-D effect.
  5. Adventurous: Unity stamp, inked with red, stamped on white.  The bottom layer is the same as first layer.  The middle layer is also from the Little Man group.

  1. Love your card ,great coloring and design , I am new with Silhouette do you import image the trace , create a cut file then cut the base and then stamp on it , your help is greatly appreciated : )

    • This is a digistamp. So, you simply open the image in Silhouette and trace it. For this one I choose to trace the outline – so I got no interior cut lines. Tracing without Tears is a great video series on youtube about how to trace (not mine!). Then you setup the image (with cut lines) as a print and cut (PnC). PnC seems scary…but, it isn’t!

  2. A brilliant cas card, love the image.
